More than an hour waiting for delivery

I have placed an order at 13:55, with KFC deliveries. up to 15:05, my delivery hasnt arrived. This food was meant to be lubnch, now its time to go home at 16:00 and my delivery is not yet here. This is totally unacceptable. This was meant to be lunch, not a doggy bag to take home
