Judging by the other complains I read about Cappuccinos, hygiene seems to be a common problem in a lot of branches. A couple of weeks ago friends invited us to breakfast at Cappuccinos Middelburg Mall. Half way through the meal I discovered a ladybug wing in the spinach. It was shown to the manager and she offered to be bring me something else, which I declined and asked for a takeaway as I was put of the meal (vegetarians don't eat bugs). Later that evening my family and I shared the tramazinni just to find a large piece of plastic inside one. Last night my friend complained she got hair in her meal at the same restaurant. I shudder to think what the hygiene is like in that kitchen.
