Horrible service from the kitchen

This morning we decided to have breakfast at the mugg and bean in Walmer Park. After placing our breakfast order we were informed after 25min that they were unable to make one of the orders that we placed. Then after another 15min we only received our food and only the one the orders was freshly prepared. The other 3 orders were left under the heating tray while the order they were unable to make was replaced. Three of our orders were completely messed up and we refused to eat or pay for them. Thank you Mugg and Bean for messing up our meal and most of the morning!
