Went through the drive-thru only to be told to go and wait in the parking lot, so as to not set off the alarm for customers waiting for their food. Waited in the parking lot for more than 10 minutes, nothing happened, so I went inside and was told to wait again, almost 10 minutes later I was given my food. What then, is the purpose of having a drive thru when one has to go and stand inside and wait in any case?!?!?!
