Me and my mom went to eat at the Mimmos at the Mall at Reds. When we sat down our waiter was there to take our drink order. But when we needed her the next time she was no where to be found. We had to ask for everything. I ordered a Arrabiata (as I always do at Mimmos) and my mom a focassia with extra salami. My pasta was so hot (spicy) that I could not get it in my mouth, it was uneatable, my lips and mouth was numb after two bites. The Salami on the Focassia tasted like it was 20 years old. The waiter did not bring Parmesan cheese or balsamic viniger to our table, and we had to constantly ask for extra ice. The people that was sitting next to us got up and left because of the bad service, they waited almost 20 min for their drink order. Then when I paid and still left a 10% even though service was bad the waiter did not even say thank you for the tip and put the transaction through with such a bad attitude, if you ask me that is just horribly rude. Will never eat at that mimmos again. Terrible food and service. So disappointing because Mimmos is one of our families favorite restaurants.
