Guess what? Still no response from kfc

I posted a complaint about the service and food quality i got on the 7th nov.. Kfc was fast to reply on hellopeter to say " Rest assured your complaint will be forwarded to the relevant franchisee and his team to address and ensure that the necessary corrective steps are put in place so that we may meet your expectations in the future." I even got a email from head office and i replied to the email with a photo but guess what? Still no response from head office or even the franchise. Thankonce agian kfc for not even bothering to come back to me or give a damm about the complaint. It just shows me how "important" us customers are to you. This is not the first time experiencing this "wonderful" service from KFC. Just one thing to remember that without "us" customers your shop wont be open. This NO RESPONSE just shows me the importance of this complaint and to sort out the "wonderful" service ive received. THANKS AGAIN FOR NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS.I think i will be going to our local newspaper and will also be giving them the photo to show people this. Maybe then someone will come back to me.
