I purchased a meal of livers in a mild flavour to realise I got served with a hot spicy one. I returned to the counter and advised of the mistake and quickly had my meal replaced, got back at the office to realise AGAIN it was the same hot taste in the same packaging only with 2 "stickers labled MILD" returned yet again and had to wait over 30 minutes having only spoken to the cashier who blamed it on the other staff. I left as I had exceeded my lunch break.
