We had the worse ever experience yesterday for lunch at Panarotti Greenstone mall. My sister's meals was horrific. The pizza was only dough, there were one or two pieces of toppings on and as for the pasta, WOW NOT cooked. I placed my order about 15 mins after my sister and 2 hours later still did not receive the meals. Everyone were complaining about the time their meals were taking there were managers stating they would help but no such luck. All we heard was sorry but no food. That place was out of control. The waiters were waiting at the kitchen door and didn't know what they were doing. I was told that the owner was in the shop and I asked to speak to her, a blonde white lady. Asked 3 managers to ask her to come and see us but no luck. I have to say she is a becuase she went and spoke to all the tables with the white people and never came to our table or the table next to ours where black people were sitting. She stood next to our waiter and listened to me complain and looked at me, turned and walked away. As a new store they should have been more prepared with trained waiters. There are no words to descibe our experience.
