This afternoon we went to Panaottis for a late lunch. On arrival about 15H00 we were greeted at the door by a waiter who showed us to our table and gave us menus. He said that a waiter would be with us shortly and left. And guess what? We sat there and waited and waited. We watched as a group of waiters went to sing happy birthday at a table opposite us. And we watched as a group of waiters stood around a table and folded cutlery and still no one came to help us. As we got up to leave there was a lady from Mr Delivery leaving with her order and I said I cannot believe that we have sat there so long and nobody helped us. The woman said to me that she is so glad she no longer works at Panarottis cause the waiters don't like to help non whites because they don't tip. The 2 people standing at the till dressed in managers clothing couldn't even be bothered that we were leaving. We weren't even greeted or acknowledged by them. I am very disappointed. We had supper last week Sunday at Panarottis but I wont be going there again, that's for sure. You have lost a good customer. I never complain but this time I am really upset. We left Panarottis and went to Nebraska Spur. Its your loss.
