Me and hubby went for pizza at panarottis. We found a hair in our pizza and called for a manager. An african women who introduced herself as Deemy come to our table with a really bad attitude. She was rude and arrogant, refused to help us, rolled her eyes at us and made snide and sarcastic remarks when turning her back on us. She never replaced our pizza and we still had to pay for it as well no discount even. I was warned by family and friends not to go to that panarottis for they say that places is not run the right way. No bosses are available to control the staff. The black manager smells like alchohol when serving customers, always hair in the food and on many occasions food was seen being dropped on the ground then picked up and still served to the customers. The only to people we have no problem with is the two white managers who never failed to help the customers with a smile on their face even with difficult customers. Bravo the two white managers for great service!!!
