This must be the worst KFC i have ever been to and it being just around the corner from my house i now opt to rather drive to any other KFC. On more than one occasion have I been to this KFC, not been told that they are out of mash and the mash will either just not come with the meal of replaced with coleslaw without even asking me, but I need to pay for that. I get told when ordering that they just don't have chips. And what was the worst was when I ordered a Family Box meal, was told that they are out of coke, I asked to replace it with something else and was told they won't and they also won't amend the price, so when I asked if I now need to pay for something I will not get, I was just told "Yes, that's how it works" and that after sitting for 36min in the drive thru.
