After waiting in the line for sometime in the drive through, we finally placed the order repeating, patron responded that there is no gravy for the mash and we were asked if we wanted plain mash or coleslaw after asking us 3 times indicating we want plain mash, we still received coleslaw instead of mash. also we asked for plain meals and received zinger meals. what kind of incompetence is this!!!
this is not acceptable.
