A few days ago, quite an intense hail storm hit the Fourways area, and I was caught up in it waiting for my lift to collect me from Design Quarter. Looking like I'd just taken a swim in a pond, I ran for shelter and decided on Primi (a familiar spot) for a hot beverage while I waited. I was welcomed into the restaurant with a smile, and the INCREDIBLE service I received from the manager on duty was just fabulous. He escorted me to the ladies room and handed me a load of paper towels to dry off, & as I returned to my table my beverage was ready and waiting (not to mention incredibly delicious!)... Thank you so much for taking such good care of me :) I can't thank you enough.
