We bought an brand new menu item tower burger box meal. The burger had an bone in, the chips was days old and was so oily, the mash and gravy, excuse me but where is the mash I am still looking for it. There was only one blodge of mash the rest only sauce. I use to love Kentucky but it seems to me that their quality is definitely going backwards. Myself and my family buy al least 3 times a month Kentucky and we have had quite a few disappointments lately. Their pops also you get less and less every time. We will have to find something better that Kentucky, I can not see myself supporting them any longer.
