Upgrades their technology but they don't use it

I order from Burger perfect once or twice a week, a friend person answers the phone, their food is really good and delivery is very fast! However, I was excited when they told me a few months back that they now have a mobile credit card machine which they bring when they deliver. I like this because it means less time for me on the phone struggling to give my credit card details. First few deliveries were perfect, place my order quick quick, they deliver and swiped my card. My last 3 or 4 orders were a mess. Each time even though i asked for the card machine, they did not bring it. As a result each, time I have to leave my food going cold whilst I wait for them to phone me from the shop and ask for for credit card details. I wait for them to call because with my luck they will phone wile i am eating and my hands are messy, because i eat my burger or pizza with my hands... maybe it sounds like a little thing, but i dont like my food getting cold and each time I remind them a few times to PLEASe bring the card machine, they promise me they will but they dont. Yesterday when they came without the card machine, I sent them back with the food and told them that they lost my dedication.
