On Saturday (22 June 2013), we brought some family from Maputo to have supper at the above ocean basket, sad that I no longer have the receipt but do check the security cameras or something for we sat in the open area outside, but in any case they said that was the worst ocean basket experience they had (in comparison) to the one in Nelspruit that they frequent. On top of this I ordered from the menu a dish that was supposed to come with spinach and butternut, but this did not come through. Also one of the kids ordered a dish with muscles and there were some black things in this dish which again was paid for here but wasted.
The fish size was also totally unacceptable and not worth the money we spent there. This is the worst experience at a ocean basket ever and I don't want to leave this there as even the waiter seemed to busy for himself and in the beginning he even dumps the plates on top of the menus that we were trying to read.
So please can someone help me to get to a resolution of this issue soon.
