Bad service and food quality

Firstly it took approximately 20 min for me to place my order because the employee took her time in answering any queries I had about the box masters I was going to buy. She was not pro active or friendly as what an employee should be when dealing with customers. Then I asked for some of the bill to be paid by card and the other cash. She did not listen to me and charged the incorrect amount to my card. After getting home, firstly my chicken was not replaced with wings as I had asked. The chicken was dry and both box masters I had purchased had a significant difference in the amount of chips given. The mash and gravy was not up to standard either. I am extremely disappointed and really makes me reconsider about buying kfc in the future
