I am extremely disgussted in the service I experience at kfc rosmead. Friday 22 Nov 2013 decided to take my daughter to kfc for supper. When we got there it was full and waited 20minutes in the Q to place order, my 3year old started pulling saying she needs the loo. So I told her I woud ask the lady once we place our order. Eventually after waiting so long it was our turn, placed an order of almost R200 and then asked the lady if my daughter could use the loo as she was dancing already and couldn't keep it in. The lady just looked at me and said no.shocked I asked her do you not have a toilet at all and she said we do but she can't go, I mean seriously now, I jst bought a whole lot of food and they won't let a 3year old use the ladies, I asked to speak to the manager who came out with a major attitude, told him my daughter needs to wee and at this point she was crying he just looked at her and said no and said are we done now? I couldn't believe what was happening. Pathetic customer service and management skills. The manager of kfc rosmead should be working in a factory cos he has no people skills. I would like somebody other than ikeraam who is the horrible manager there 2 contact me!
