On sun 30 dec upon purchasing items from the store, the manager on duty was rude. My daughter asked her to show us a watch on display raising her her hand with her finger pointing up as they do in school but the mngr interpreted it wrong and accused her of swearing her. I explained to her that my daughter was just being polite yet she refused to understand. In our time at the store she kept on staring at my daughter. Being in retail myself over the years I have never come across such behavior and that too from a manager. The manager should have exemplary skills and set an example to the staff and have excellent customer service skills.
