I purchased platter for an office event. The platters were received and enjoyed and was really impressed with the service. I get a call today from the cashier asking "WHERE ARE THE TRAYS". At first I had no clue what she was talking about. and then she explained the trays from the platter. Still taken a back I told her that being disposable trays I disposed of them. She said that they called me and told me to return BUT THEY DID NOT. If I was told to keep I would have gladly done so. When you do catering this is not an expectation. The manager then calls me and question my VALUES! Appalling to be talked to like that. Disgusted by the manner in which I was spoken to. I will no longer be a customer, and will spread the word through my organisation of 5000 employees. Still can't believe that anyone would talk to a customer like that.
