I am very frustrated about the service that I DID NOT get from 4 different Pick n Pay stores. I needed free range eggs. I wanted a tray of 30. I called Pinelands, Howard Centre and was told that they are out of stock. The lady at the N1 City branch told me that they were out of stock. I called the Parow branch and was told that they are out of stock. Then I called Century City. I asked to speak to someone who works with the eggs. Nicky came to the phone and I asked for Free Range tray of 30. She asked me to hold while she checked. Came back and said that they have stock. I asked her to keep me two trays and then drove to Century City. I get there and someone else comes to tell that you don't get free range in trays of 30. She then calls a manger, Themba, who says sorry, tells me that he is going to give me a tray for free and that I must pay for the other one (i wanted two trays). I was too angry to deal with this. I called the customer care department the next day and the consultant tell me that he is going to get the store manager to call me within 24 hours. This was 2 days ago and still NOTHING. NOT IMPRESSED
