I have spent over R11 000, 00 on two events I have held at Coco C Restaurant, and till today I am in disbelief at the bad customer service, breach of contract and dubious tactics that runs this restaurant.
15 February 2013 I had my first event at Coco C, spent R6000, 00 on food to ensure each and every one of the 50 people who attended the event received their OWN individual platter, only to find platters spread out in the crowds, with little food and not to mention some people didn't even get food whilst they each paid R120 to get their own platter.
I made the stupid mistake of coming back to Coco C and spending yet another R5000 on my sisters baby shower on the 22nd of June, only to yet again only receive 7 platter whilst we had paid for 15 platters. The cherry on top to my disappointment was the chef incharge that day, bad service from her, not to mention the bad attitude we received from her.
I'm greatly disappointed in Coco C, it looks elegant and all but its succumbed by bad management. devious tactics and nonprofessional conduct.
I'm still perplexed by how can such a classy place as Coco C operate in such a dodge manner.
