We decided to try (for the first time) Dros's Fried Chicken and to test their delivery last night. First issue, we could not get through on the branche's landline number. Strange at 17:30 on a Monday? Eventually phoned and they gave us a cellphone number for "Theo". He promised to contact the store to take our order, which they did at 18:00. We had quite a large order for 6 people. At 18:50 we started phoning the branch to enquire where our delivery was? They said it is on its way, half an hour later we still received nothing. I spoke to the branch several times. Eventually at 19:38 I phoned again, spoke to Stefan and he said that he went to the wrong address. What I cannot understand is that I gave them my cellphone number several times, repeated my order EVERY time I spoke to them and the delivery guy who took down the incorrect address could not phone me??? We were left dissappointed with the service at this branch. I did not want FREE food I just wanted to get what I was willing to pay for and for my children to eat before bedtime. I eventually had to drive to KFC. Poor service indeed
