On Saturday we decided to place an order for delivery, but found that the menu did not have a telephone number listed. On ringing the customer care number we had to tell the person THREE times which branch we wanted, only to find the number she gave us was wrong... eventually had to look for the number on Google. We then placed the order at 17:30pm, by 18:15 it had not arrived yet so we phoned to see how long it would take. Lady said maybe by 18:45 as there is only one delivery driver. he arrived closer to 7pm. So it basically took 1hour and 30 minutes to deliver, and we stay less that a kilometer away. The chicken and chips were cold, as expected and i worked out later that we were short changed by R9. The bill was R131 (i assume, wasn't actually given a slip) and he gave me R60.00 change. so how come the pizzeria next to your Winklespruit branch can freshly prepare Pizza and deliver it in 45minutes with no delivery fee, where your ready made fast food takes about 1hour 30 minutes and we get charged for delivery?
