As I do not live in Bloemfontein and traveling time is about 3hrs my time is limited. I approached a staff member asking their opening time and was given 11:30 at no stage was there a mention to delays due to staff meetings etc.
At about 11:344 I walked into store and found staff sitting and standing around. All their handbags were all over the tables. I was then frowned upon by walking in. I left and decided to go back about 2minutes later. I once asked what their operating times were and told 11:30. The manager, Ralph casually approached me and said I can sit outside because they have just had a meeting. WHY?? do I have to sit outside because staff were standing around chatting. At this stage there was a frantic effort to get everyone away and get the tables ready. A male staff member who was sweeping as I approached the first time was now leaning against the counter drinking water. I went and sat outside trying to make contact with someone in Management. Ralph seeing this asked me if all was OK, I stated clearly not. He again said " I told you were were having a staff meeting", shrugged his shoulders as if matter was dealt with
