On Saturday 1st January 2013 my wife and I decided to stop at the Dros in Watermeyer Sliverton.
As we often enjoy the Dros breakfast menu on Saturdays after a hectic week. We however live in Moreleta Park.
To cut a long story short, we arrived at the restaurant at 10 am welcomed by a friendly waitress and showed to our table.
She took our coffee order and left us to decide on our meals.
Upon returning with the coffee we placed our order however was immediately informed that they don't have bangers in stock.
Well needless to say we finished our coffee and waited, other customers walked in placed their orders an to our surprise received their food before we even saw food, at 10:30 we asked our waitress about our order she they came back and replied 1 minute it will be ready, well 10 minutes later still no food now 10:45.
I decided to look for the manager eventually he appeared from the kitchen somewhat amused that about our complain, stating that he don't now what's going on.
As I spoke to him two other clients also approached us with the same complain.
This is not on this kind of behaviour gives DROS a bad name.
