After phoning at 11:30 to order Steers via Delivery Extreme I had to phoned twice to ensure that the delivery is on its way. Eventually after an hour and 10 minutes a guy arrived asking for the wrong person. They charge you an insane amount for delivery and then my food came here ice cold and looking like someone picked it up out of a dustbin. The delivery guy did not know the procedure of taking my card details or for whom the delivery is, and he didn't appear professional at all. I will never order food from them again and hope that everyone will think twice before placing a order. The lady even tried to put the blame on the poor guy just because of their poor service delivery and training!
