Me and my fiance took a drive all the way from Tygerdal, Goodwood, to The Famous BRASS BELL in Kalkbay,
the hostess was friendly and took us to our seats, after being seated for more than 15mins no one came to ask us have we been helped or can they take our drink order nothing,
upon walking out i asked the one waitron if there is a manager, he pointed at the manager behind me i told him the problem and all he could say or infact his words was '"HOW UNFORTUNATE" like really how can a manager reply like that not even a sorry or come back in nothing.
WORSE MANAGEMENT AND WAITRESSING STAFF I HAVE DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, and i was a waitron myself a few years ago.
