We drove from Grabouw all the way to Hermanus especially to go to Ocean Basket there. On arrival we waited 10 minutes to get menu's and only got menu's once we asked a passing waiter. We then received condiments that had already been half used and plates that were dirty. Needless to say we cancelled our order and left. Such disappointing and bad service, really not impressed
