Poor service and food quality decline

It was noted that product quality at this establishment was fluctuating and dropping. I reported that couple of times to the management. Mainly supervisor would abruptly brush that off. Today's incident was cherry on the top of everything ever before. We had a cup of tea and lemonade served with chocolate croissants, which were unrecognizable to say the least. When finished we wanted to leave only to find out that we were locked in. After an attempt to get attention of the staff to unlock us, only thanks to the lady customer sitting right next to that locked door, we managed to get unlocked. Immediately after this we approached supervisor on this incident only to find out that instead offering his apologies we were addressed in unruly, broken English, speaking also from time to time in some foreign language, accusing me and my 12 year old boy as being at fault. I couldn't believe the foul language and his attitude which was way out of line.
