Broken Bread

I would like to bring to your attention the poor quality of sasko bread as this is the second time that I am experiencing this poor quality of bread. I received a voucher for the same complaint but it seems that nothing is being done about the quality of the bread. I emailed the customer service on the 22nd January and nobody responded to date.
I find this strange.
