Customer Service - clearly not a priority!

I have bought Nola Chicken Mayo sandwich filler a number of times each time paying R 18.99. The price on the shelf said R 13.99, thinking it was on special and bought two, when I checked my slip later that day, I saw I was charged R 18.99. Today (Monday 15 July 2013) I went back to purchase another packet and took the price marker off the shelf with me to the till.

Thandeka was the teller. She shouted from where she was sitting for her supervisor to come to where we were. Her supervisor did not respond. I was told by Thandeka that if I want to find out what the problem is I should go look for her supervisor. I told her that this is not the way customers should be treated and told her that she should ask the lady packing the packets to go get the supervisor. Thandeka told be this is not possible. After standing there for 10 minutes, Belsia arrived. I explained the situation to her and also indicated that all the flavours were marked at R 13.99. She was exceptionally rude, definately not what I would expect from a supervisor. She threw the packet around on the counter and spoke in an african language to Thandeka! This is unacceptable. Speak a language the customer understands
