On the 31st of October 2013, coming back from vacation with my family we stopped at KFC Piet Retief for a bite. Upon arrival the lady at the tills (Angel) was very abrupt and downright rude, I greeted her and she just stared at me like I was a fool. Placed our order and told her that we are sitting down. She brought food for other patrons who were seated, when our food was ready she just shoved to the side of the counter without telling us that it is our food, had I not looked we were not going to be aware that our food was ready. I got up to get our food assuming that it was ours, no condiments, no serviettes. I ordered mini loafs and again she just SLAMMED them on the counter!!! We couldn't even eat our lost our appetite right there and then asked for the numbers of the area manager and left...
A couple of hours later my husband phoned the area manager (Wessel) to give account of our experience and boy was he not interested, we felt very dissatisfied with his responses and how he handled our query...
Very disappointed at the appalling service we received...
