I ordered my meal from the kfc employee. She took my order then once I ordered a upsize colonel burger mean, a regular colonel burger meal, large pops and 2 centre breasts. She then packs the order then tells me the card machine is offline and that they dont have pops in stock. I went to draw money to pay cash. I sit down to eat and see that there is no bottom bread of the bun. I take it back to get a full bun the employee threw the box across the counter at me and did not even apologise. I then find out that I was given 2 drumsticks and not 2 cennutre breasts.i went back to ask for 2 centre breasts and she says in these exact words "its tough because we dont have stock of the centre breasts" she also said I must step aside because im holding up the queue. I informed her I will be complaining and she said the managers not there and its too bad.
I am a kfc supporter in pretoria where I live but after this experience it has really put a bad feeling in my mind toward kfc
