I went to KFC in Tokai main road on Sunday afternoon and I ordered a bucket. When I asked for the least wings in the bucket the cashier said that I had to take 5 wings. I decided not to make a fuss and accepted her response. After having supper I noticed that the pieces left was not the ones I expected. After talking to my wife I realised that I received 7 wings, 4 center breasts, 3 drumsticks, 5 thighs and 2 side breasts. On top of it the side breasts was dried out and small. It looked like it stood for more than a hour. This kind of packaging goes directly against the advertisment shown and is a real disappointment considering what a bucket costs these days.
I would like a full refund of my funds or a replacement product with as little pieces because this is pathetic service.
