I am absulotely livid with Ocean Basket in Rosebank. I waited over 45 minutes for my standard sushi meal to arrive. I struggled to get hold of a waiter and the manager Charles to indicate my concern. When I eventualy did, it still took an additional 10 minutes to render the dish. The dish arrived poorly presented and falling apart - it was defintely a rushed job. I refused to pay for the swill set before me, and even the payment process became extremely frustrating. The staff and management have failed on every hospitatlity front possible - service, preparation, food and timely delivery. I left hungry and late for a following appointment. I will absolutely warn all those in my social and business circles to not waste their time, energy and money at this poorly managed establishment. Absolutely Appalled!!!
