On 24 February my family and I had lunch at Secunda branch. We love ocean basket food and eat at branches all over the country (during holidays or visits to towns) on a regular basis. My favourite dish is prawns on stir fry. At Secunda I ordered this again. On arrival of the food the stir fry consisted only of very oily onions, green pepper and about 6 very thin sliced pieces of carrots. At all other branches and as per the picture on the menu there should be at least beans or other veggies in the stir fry. After I queried this with the most senior person on that day, she responded that she will notify management and the impression that I got is that she does not really care. Surely there should be a standard as I am now hesitant to order this dish and/or to go to Ocean basket for a pleasant meal!!
