I visited the KFC in North Rand Road, Boksburg last night, just before 19:00. I ordered a Box Master meal, from the drive through. Normally they would ask if I want the regular or grilled or zinger, I was not given a choice, or a choice of cold drink. They also charge R50.90 where the price on your website is R48.90. I left it there, and my food was handed to me. Like I normally do, I gave the cashier a firm "tip" and did not wait for the change or a slip. I was on my way to a meeting, so I decided to have my meal on the go. I realized there was NO salt added on the chips, No salt inside the packet, NO straw, and NO tomato sauce. What happened to those things?? I am very disappointed, as KFC used to be my favourite Take Away food. The chips were untasteful without salt added to it. Do you have to ASK for it, nowadays?
