I work at clearwater and most of the time I go to steers for my lunch. The service that I get there is always the same. The ladies are so unfriendly and give you that i dont care attitude. I went there as usual and placed my order to go, and i was given that beeper thing that vibrates when your order is ready, well with me it seems like that thing never works, all the times that i went there, i always find that my order is ready and nobody bothered to beep me. Today was no different i waited 45min (and counting) and i was not beeped and i went to the cashier to ask about my order and they ignored me, gave me that join the queue attitude, and this other lady was packing the drinks and I asked her to check my order and she gave it to me, and i asked why wasn't i beeped and she said its not her fault i should ask the cashiers, when i finally got to eat my food it was cold and tasteless. I wasted my lunch on a cold meal and hard chips. I dont know why i put myself through this kind of service coz I always have the same problem, im never notified when the order is ready and you don't even get an apology. Something must be done with this coz i really like steers food but the service
