KFC's new system doesnt work

I wish to express my dissapointment regarding my experience at my local KFC. I am a regular customer there and was excited to see the new ravamp and changes taking place there. On Friday evening I ordered a Streetwise 2 for myself and a Twister meal for my girlfriend. There new system entails a screen which shows when your order is being made and when it is ready to be collected (this screen wasnt working), as I waited patiently I could hear the numbers being called out 232, 236, 177, 189, 240 this to me was very strange cause my number was 230. I waited hoping to hear my number but to no avail. I then approached the manager Zonia who helped me with my order. When i got my food an hour later it was cold, but at that point i could care less and just took my food. Zonia helped me very quickly but i cant say the same for incompetent staff.
