I walked in KFC at 12pm on the 27th of March 2013 to buy a zinger box master, I was attended by the lady called Patracia within 2 minutes which was good. While i was waiting for my order another lady came and buy 2 box master after me but she got it within 5 minutes, I approached the cashier and asked her how do you work in this shop because i have been here 1st so i expect to be served 1st, a cashier replied by saying their still making it for you. that was after 11 minutes of my waiting. after 20 minutes asked for my refund since they couldn't provide me with what i was looking for in time, they said the is no refund your order is coming.

I received my order 24 minutes later, the bus that i was using left me because of incompetent staff. I lost R150 because i had to catch a taxi to Joburg which costed me another R150 from Mokopane.

I am so disappointed with your service.
