We arraived at about 7:30 placed our order for drinks and about 7min later our order for food. We waited until 8:10 when I called a waiter and asked her to speak to the manager. Which then came to me and I said that people that arraived after us has already received their food and we were still waiting. She said she will follow up and then received 2 out of 3 plates of food. The plates of food we received were cold. I then waited about another 7min for my food which has still not arraived. A manager came to ask if everything was fine. I lost it I said we have been waiting for our food is was late and cold, and I have still not received my food. It was then brought to us also cold. He appologised and gave us cold drinks for free. I was upset as it as a birthday for our daughter and the mood was spoiled by waiting so long for our food. On top of that the client sitting across from us found a piece of tissue in his hamburger which was even more nausuating. I have been to this spur before with excellet service and other spurs but last night was really a bad expierience.
