Firstly I cannot complain about the service, as you have to be served in order to complain. Second time we went there in a couple of weeks. First incident, my wife had to seat us and give us menus (luckily she used to waiter many years ago) we waiter for someone to come take our order, nothing happened so I went over to a staff member and asked her if we were allowed to place an order, which instead of a reply if got a dumbstruck stare like just happened. Nonetheless we received our order and left. Tonight upon returning to buy an ice cream for my son, I waited for about 4-5 minutes at the counter while staff members walk past me without offering to help or even asked if I have been helped. I actually took a video of the incident and after no service I left and went to Wakaberry who was friendly and ready to assist us. If you are planning on going to a Milky Lane skip this one and search for alternatives as you are wasting your time and will most probably leave miserable and disappointed. Please do not contact me regarding this matter, I do not want anything either. I just want to make people aware of the non existent service you will experience at this store...
