Yesterday evening at the Bluff Millk Lane (By the Pick n Pay), the waiter made me wait 20 minutes before she can serve me, further to that she was rude. She eventually came to take my order, I turned to my sister to confirm that she still wants the choc ice-cream, the waiter screams at me saying next customer. My ice-cream had less chocolate sauce on it and the cup was messed. I think they spend more time chatting with each other that acutally doing their job. I live 5 min away, Milky Lane in the afternoons has become a frequent snack for me and my family especially with the inclimate weather. A guy that stood in front of me in the line, was rather frustrated hence he left... i wasnt the only one that had a problem. My sister had the nutty spinkle, and requested a flake however she didnt add the falke. Really appalled as I used to go the Milk Lane in Chatsworth and never encountered a problem, now that i live in the bluff area i'm forced to go to Bluff Milky Lane... well after this encounter i dont think my family and I will be going to that Milly Lane
