Earlier tonight myself and two friends went to your branch in Broadacres. Much to our horror, there were four young boys racing their motor bikes around right outside the store and in the car park. They were endangering people's cars, popping 'wheelies' and screaming and shouting! I do understand that this is not exactly your problem but what is your problem is that the two men working in your store at the time were friends with these boys and they were actually cheering them on and telling them to continue. At one point, the two Smooch employees actually called the boys over and had them in the store door way, motors blaring and everything!
I found this extremely unprofessional, I would be disgusted if I had employees that behaved like this. I know that I may sound like an old grumpy person who cannot appreciate a good time, but this behavior by your staff really just ruined our experience at Smooch! At one point, one of the managers of Outer Limits even came running out to scream at them, that just further explains the extent of the commotion.
