Difference in quantity from Centurion Branch to Su

What an experience Monday night (21st Oct 13) at the Sundowns KFC (Centurion Area). Order a Streetwise 3 - when I opened the box in the car, I saw 8 chips with the meal. Not even to talk about the chicken pieces. 1 very small thigh, 1 small wing and a average drumstick.

Went back to the store and explain to the lady this unacceptable - she remove the chips and said they will make me new chips. After 7 minutes of waiting she gave me the box back. When opening this is the car again - SHOCKER - the have put in 11 chips. 3 more than the original order. Why is there a difference in quantity from Centurion Branch to Sundowns Branch? Very disappointed in KFC.

I do not think you have heard about the concept of MVC (Most Valuable Customer), which means the customer that you already have (i.e. me). Normally, these are the customers you don't want to lose. After all, research has revealed that it will cost you seven times as much to find a new customer as it does to keep an existing one (i.e. me).
