Behaviour of Jani Beukes unacceptable

I was standing in the cue at the pharmacy unit at Dis chem with my two boys (one is 2 and one 5 year's old). We were standing at least 20min and my two boys were starting to play (they are children) then this lady - Jani Beukes - start to gossip about my two boys to other staff members and after a while came shouting to me about their noise level in front of all the other clients and staff in Dis chem. I was also a client, its two boys, obviously they will be play full.By gossipping and shouting to me she humiliated me and my children which is totally unacceptable.
