We visited your establishment yesterday evening (15/10/2013) and we were not impressed with the level of service that we received.
We arrived about 6h30pm and had booked a table of 15 guests.
We were waiting about 20 minutes for a waiter to confirm our orders.
My food was delivered to me iced cold and the prawns were very dry and tasteless. I advised the waiter to take the meal and I would like to request a fresh meal and I was prepared to wait. Upon the arrival of my replacement meal I noticed that the prawns were dry and tasteless as well as the portion of so called "stir fry" was in my portion and did not look appetizing.
I have frequented many branches of Ocean Basket and have recommended them for their prompt and awesome service but I have to advise you that your establishment was the worst I have ever had
