BAD SERVICE

Yesterday, being 3 March 2013, my family and I had been invited by my neighbours to lunch at ocean basket. A table for 10 guests was booked by our hosts. We got to the ocean basket at 12.45pm, our order was taken for drinks and a kiddies meal which was asked to be brought ASAP, as the kid was hungry. The drinks and the meal arrived and thereafter nothing happened. Our host then signalled to the waiter at 14.25pm to ask him what the delay was. He apparently told her that it wont be too long. When we had'nd received our food at 15.00pm, my husband who was a guest asked to see the manager on duty. My husband said to him that we are very unhappy and that we want to leave... The manager on duty did not even apologise for the delay, all he said is " It's fine you can leave", we were totally disgusted and left... By the way our host even paid for the drinks and the kid's meal before leaving and there was not even an apology by any one of the Ocean Basket staff. We are totally disgusted with this kind of service...
