We were so glad when you guys opened up this year because we finally had a proper KFC in the area. Please don't start becoming like Parklands and Blouberg KFC.
Today i had to speak to the manager just to swop my mash & gravy for coleslaw. It's the first time I have ever had to do this in all the years that I've had KFC. I should have just left it, the coleslaw was terribly dry and so was the zinger burger. There was a significant deterioration in your quality today compared to the time you opened.
I really hope the quality get back to what it was.
